Video ads with you, or someone from your team, on camera. A quote quiz that filters out tire-kickers. Every lead alerted and called in minutes. For home service companies in the US and UK.

“We've done about like 800 grand at this point.”
About $800,000 of new business in a month, including a single $550,000 job.
“Night and day different.”
£106,135 of deposit-paid work booked for the last quarter of 2026.
“Mostly it's all coming through the advertising.”
Signed €70,000 and €50,000 garden contracts in the same month.
The owners who call us usually tell some version of the same story. It started well. Then the replies slowed down, the ads stopped changing and the invoices kept coming.
Every takeover starts the same way. We get your ad account, pixel, CRM and old leads back under your name, then fix what's broken before we spend another dollar.
We learn your best jobs, your area and the customers you want more of. John writes your ad scripts from what you say.
You, or someone from your team, read the scripts with coaching over Zoom. A phone, a tripod and a clip-on mic is all the kit you need.
Homeowners see a typical price range before they enquire. Out-of-area addresses and people with no timeframe get filtered out. First leads usually arrive within 7 to 14 days.
Instant alerts go to your phone. Every new lead gets 2 to 3 weeks of follow-up emails, and anyone who goes quiet gets reactivation messages at 30, 60 and 90 days. We go through the numbers with you every month.

Tom Hartree, co-owner

Ads should pay for you
Rough monthly figures before management fees. Video ads build recognition over months, so judge them over 90 days.
I'm John Caprani. I spent years as a copywriter before I started running ads for home service companies, and I've done nothing else since early 2024.
I write every script myself, build the quote quizzes and the CRM follow-up, and I'm on WhatsApp when something breaks. I live in Spain and work with owners across the US, the UK and Ireland.
I take on one company per trade in each area, so I'm never running ads against my own clients.
Tell us about your business and get 3 ready-to-film, 30-second video ad scripts, written the way we write them for our clients. Read them to your phone this week.
The monthly fee starts at $950 and goes up with your ad spend. Your ad budget is separate, and you pay it straight to Meta. On the call we work out the right budget for your area and your average job size.
The first term is 90 days, because video ads need time to build recognition in your area. After that it's month to month.
At least $3,000 (£2,500) a month works for most areas. Less than that and it takes too long to learn which ads and audiences work.
You, or someone from your team. We write the scripts and coach you over Zoom. Most owners are comfortable after the first session, and the recognition in town is what makes the ads work over time.
Usually within 7 to 14 days of the onboarding call. Sales take longer on bigger jobs, so we track bookings and signed work, not just leads.
Yes. We get your ad account, pixel, CRM and old leads under your control first, then run alongside or switch over without losing your history.
We build in GoHighLevel and can set it up for you if you don't have one. If you're on something else, we'll work with it.
Call leads fast, film the scripts, and tell us which leads became jobs. That last part is how we know which ads to keep.
A 20-minute call. We'll look at your numbers, your area and your current ads, and you'll know by the end whether this fits.
